  •  No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a $45 charge and the forfeiture of any initial payment.  Late arrivals of 20 minutes or more may result in the automatic cancellation.
     
  • Any appointments booked in the salon before 9:00 AM and on holidays are subject to an additional $65+ fee per service. I will ask you for the early AM Fee when the appointment is booked before 9am (in the salon). When traveling, the early AM fee varies, depending on what time the appointment is.

  • Traveling fee varies based on location (please also include the early AM fee if the appointment is before 9am, travel fee varies based on group packaging pricing)

  • We may travel for one person (upon request, depending on the service. Usually only for bridal services)
     
  • Deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels. Deposits are refunded only if the appointment is canceled by the service provider.
  • Please contact me directly for large parties or multiple large party appointments (I accept Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, Apple Pay)
  • Appointments are non-refundable upon client cancellation, appointments are transferable to another date only once within 24 hours before your appointment.
  • We do not accept personal checks.
  • Bridal Policy: If a regular service (non-bridal) is booked for a bridal event, the appointment may be canceled without a refund or will be charged for the full bridal pricing to maintain bridal package integrity. 
  • For Same-Day Booking, you must contact me directly before booking. Failure to do so may result in the appointment going unnoticed, canceled and leaving the deposit being non-refundable.
  • New Reservation Required: If a second transfer is requested, or if the request is made within 24 hours of the appointment, we are unable to accommodate the change. You will be required to make a new reservation.
